Update: check here for Cousin Sal’s week 10 picks

Mama there goes that man!  Cousin Sal is simply on fire, going 3-0 on back to back weeks.  He might as well had been 4-0 since both of his teaser picks didn’t need the teaser points, both Kansas City and Denver won the spread outright in blowout games.  Cousin Sal’s lock of the week was in trouble for 3 quarters, Cindy offense started really slow, but they eventually pulled off the win.  As for the 3rd game, Tampa was cruising along for most of the game until the Falcons made a little run, but they were never in jeopardy of not covering the +7.5.

Be sure to check out Cousin Sal’s pal Bill Simmons’ weekly NFL picks here.

Onto the picks for week 9:

COUSIN SAL 2015 NFL WEEK 9 BEST BETS:

Cousin Sal has been winning so much he’s not even calling these predictions, he’s calling them spoiler alerts since viewer will know the results of these games ahead of time!

LOCK OF THE WEEK (6-2 FOR THE YEAR):

pitt

[loser] Raiders at Steelers (-4.5) – People are falling in love with the Raiders new found offense, but this week will be different.  Raiders are playing in the east coast this week, it’s always tough for west coast teams to travel to the east coast and losing 3 hours.  Steelers are almost full strength on offense now.  Big Ben and Antonio Brown will light up Raiders’ 26th ranked defense.

OTHER BEST BETS (10-6 FOR THE YEAR):

saints

[winner] Tennessee (+9) at New Orleans – 80% of the public is taking the Saints for this game, which is always a red flag.  Saints are 0-4 ATS the last 4 games against teams with losing record.

teaser

[loser] Falcons (-1) at Niners / Redskins at Patriots (-8) 2 team teaser – Picking on the sad Niners again here.  Blaine Gabbert’s first start since 2013, “that’s like 4 iphones ago, that’s a long time.”  Niners can’t run the ball either, Falcons will win the game.  For the Pats game, basically no confidence in Kirk Cousins, and LOTS of confidence in the best team in football, the Patriots will roll over the Skins.
