Update: check here for the week 8 Cousin Sal Picks when it becomes available

The good news is our Cousin Sal had a winning week, going 2-1, and he’s 5-1 the last 2 weeks.  But the bad news is his best bet was a loser, giving him a losing week of -$240.  Overall, our Cousin Sal is still balling with a 61% winning pct on the year.

If you’re looking for other winners, Chris Berman (24-8) and Ripsaw (24-5-1) have been killing it so far this year.  Be sure to check out Colin’s picks as well.

Start Week 6 Bankroll: $11,400

-$1040 Eagles+ $300 Dolphins + $500 Chiefs

Ending Week 6 Bankroll: $11,160

Best Bet of the Week (Season Record 3-3)

5

[loser] Indianapolis at Tennessee  (-2.5) – Titans have been turning the ball over a lot, but Colts are 28th in the league in sacks, so Mariota should be playing in a relatively clean pocket.  Colts are allowing over 117 yards per game rushing, which means Murray should have a great game.  Indy is 1-4-1 ATS in their last 6 road games.  Cousin Sal is going on a shopping spree again, buying the 0.5 point here, placing $910 to win $700 on the Titans.

Other Best Bets (Season record 8-4)

3

[winner] San Diego (+6.5) at Atlanta – Chargers have 10 days to prepare for this game, playing a Falcons team that just got beat up by the Seahawks.  Atlanta typically play down to their competition, 4 of their last 6 games have been decided by 7 points or less, and 0 for their last 6 home games ATS as a favorite.  San Diego is 8-1 in their last 9 road games ATS.  Sal’s putting $400 on the Chargers this week.

4

[winner] Cleveland at Cincinnati (-9.5) – Cleveland is apparently gunning for another first overall pick this year.  Bengals are 14-6 ATS in their last 20 games following a loss.  Browns are 0-6 in their last 6 games against the AFC North.  A.J. Green should go off this week.  Sal’s putting $500 on Cincy this week.
