Update: here is Cousin Sal’s Super Bowl Pick

Going all in on the Falcons last week turned out to be a brilliant move for Cousin Sal, that win put him back in the black on the year.   Overall, Sal went 2-1 in the divisional round.  Onto the Conference Championship games.

If you’re looking for other winners, you know who has been on fire?  The Sports Guy, Bill SimmonsChris Berman also has been killing it so far this year. And be sure to check out these two New Yorkers, Mike Francesa and Craig Carton both have been quietly have a great year, both picking at over 60% for the season.  Be sure to check out Colin’s picks as well.

Starting Week 19 Bankroll: $7,239

Ending Week 19 Bankroll: $10,179

Best Bet of the Week (Season Record 10-9)

For all the reasons below, Sal’s doing a 2 team 6 point teaser on Atlanta (+2) and New England (pk) for $2,000.

Other Best Bets (Season record 19-20)

  • Green Bay at Atlanta (-4) – Packers have the 31st ranked pass defense, and their secondary is depleted due to injuries, that’s probably not ideal going against Matty Ice and Julio.  Atlanta offense might score every possession.  The favorite has gone 4-0 straight up and 3-1 ATS in the last 4 NFC title games.  Sal’s putting a grand on Atlanta -4 this game.

  • Pittsburgh at New England (-6) – Patriots played a terrible game last week against Houston (by their standards), and still won by 18 points last week.  Belichick will get them back on track.  And if the Pats need bulletin material, they got it from Antonio Brown in that post game video last week.  Tom Brady has a 9-2 career record against Pittsburgh with 26 TDs and 3 Ints.  New England is 14-3 ATS in their last 17 games.  All that adds up to Sal putting another grand on New England -6.
