With full disrespect to Kamar “Don’t Call me Clay” Aiken, when you win a million dollars with Kamar Aiken on your Draft Kings fantasy team, you know it was a wacky week in fantasy football this week. The usual suspects did not put up a show this week. With just 232.36 points this week, team “Tlewia” took home the million dollar check in the week 10 Draft Kings Millionaire Maker challenge.
Here’s an example of some of the underforming players this week:
Position | Name | Salary | Pts |
WR | Julian Edelman | 8200 | 9.30 |
WR | Dez Bryant | 7800 | 9.50 |
WR | Calvin Johnson | 7500 | 14.10 |
QB | Drew Brees | 7400 | 14.36 |
WR | Demaryius Thomas | 7400 | 14.10 |
WR | Emmanuel Sanders | 7300 | – |
RB | Todd Gurley | 7300 | 17.90 |
WR | Alshon Jeffery | 7100 | 5.30 |
Several of these players were part of the winning lineups in the last few weeks scoring in the 30s to 40s point range. And aside from the upsets in player performances, Green Bay and Cincinnati also lost this week. Even the alpha dog Patriots almost lost! Weird week to say the least.
But congrats to team “Tlewia” on the Draft Kings grand prize this week.
