Stocks once again followed the move with oil today, as crude oil prices today traded up 4%, which was a catalyst for the market today, ending the trading session with its highest gain of the year.

The biggest story today has to be the 4Q earnings for AAPL that came out after hours.  Apple came out with rather disappointing results, missing the top line, iPhone sales figure also missed, and iPad sales were a huge miss.  Market was unsure which direction to go with this report, ultimately, the after hours trading ended with AAPL trading down by 2%.
