Last week I went 2-1-1, wins coming from  Patriots -15, Bills Under 39, the loss being Browns +3.5, and the push being Seattle -1.

Bringing my season total to 2-3-1.

The Browns game was brutal, every time the Browns looked as if they got it together they would shoot themselves in the foot. The Seattle game was a good Thursday game finally, coming down to the final seconds and ultimately failing to cover after missing a late 2 point conversion.

We are going to go big this week and get back into the green. Here we go with our week 6 NFL Picks.

NY Giants @ New England Patriots

Sean’s Pick: Patriots -17

If you read these articles every week, you are beginning to notice a trend. I seem to always write about the Patriots, well there is a reason. Yes, I am a big Patriots fan. I try not to let this bias cloud my judgement when making picks, and most of the time it doesn’t.

The Patriots have one of the top defenses in the NFL this season, and have had the easiest schedule so far this season. This easy schedule continues this week.

The Patriots face the New York Giants at home this week.

The Giants also happen to be missing their 3 biggest weapons. Saquon Barkley, Evan Engram, and Sterling Shepard are all going to be out for this game.

The rookie, Daniel Jones, will be throwing to the Golden Tate and Cody Latimer as his top options. This Patriots defense is going to eat the Giants offense alive.

The Giants defense is also one of the worst in the NFL. Excluding week 4 against the now 0-5 Redskins, the Giants defense is giving up on average over 30 points a game.

The Patriots offense hasn’t looked great. But, at home over the span of 60 minutes this team will put up over 25 points, and I can’t see the Giants keeping it close.

Patriots defense shines again, and Pats win big.

Lock in Patriots -17.

Atlanta Falcons @ Arizona Cardinals

Sean’s Pick: Falcons -2.5, and Over 51

The Falcons have been one of the most disappointing teams in the NFL this season. They are 1-4 and have some of the most notables names in the NFL.

Their roster is stacked, they have a video game offense. Regardless of how bad the Falcons have played this season, the Cardinals are worse.

The Cardinals just got their first win for Kliff Kingsbury and Kyler Murray. It came against the Bengals in a close 3 point win. A win is a win, but barely beating the Bengals does not impress me.

The Cardinals offense has looked good this season, but nothing compared to the Falcons offense.

I think this week the Falcons finally get it together and get their second win of the season. It will rely on a big offensive game, which shouldn’t be a problem.

Kyler Murray and the Cardinals will have their fair-share of big plays and put up some point on the Falcons, and this is why I’m also going with the over. The Falcons have given up 20+ points every single week this season, and a whopping 53 last week.

Take the Falcons in a high scoring, shoot out win as Matt Ryan goes off and see big performances all across the board for Atlanta’s offense.

I love the Falcons -2.5, and I like the over at 51.

San Francisco 49ers @ LA Rams

Sean’s Pick: LA Rams -3.5

I think this is one of the better match ups for week 6. The 49ers are one of the 2 undefeated teams left coming in at 4-0, and the reigning NFC champ LA Rams look to get their season going.

The 49ers have looked good this season, and they just showed what they were capable of on Monday night against the Browns. This was obviously a dominant win for San Fran.

However, the Browns also hurt themselves. A LOT. Between dropped passes leading to interceptions at the goal line, numerous fumbles, and just poor QB reads by Baker Mayfield, it was a night to forget for Cleveland.

The 49ers relied heavily on their run game and exploited the Browns D-line.

Not only is the Rams run defense just overall better than the Browns, the 49ers will be without Fullback Kyle Juszczyk. Regarded as the best fullback in the league, Juszczyk opens the run game for the niners, and he will be greatly missed.

This offensive line will have their hands full with Aaron Donald, don’t expect as big of a run game out of the 49ers.

The Rams offense has also looked amazing this season, we actually saw some usage out of Todd Gurley last week. This offense has put up over 20 points in every game this season, and 30 or more in 3 of their 5.

This will be a good game, but look for the Rams offense and Aaron Donald to be the difference.

Lock in the Rams -3.5.

Cincinatti Benglas @ Baltimore Ravens

Sean’s Pick: Over 48.5

This game screams points to me. The Bengals defense is mediocre, Lamar Jackson is a major dual threat QB, the Bengals actually have a good pass game, and the Ravens defense is decimated with injuries.

The Ravens have given up almost 300+ yards in several games this season. Their secondary is injured, and the Bengals offense will capitalize on this. The Spread is -12 for the Ravens, so Vegas knows exactly what Lamar and company will do to this defense.

Their isn’t much to say besides the Ravens win big, but the Bengals offense puts together a few drives to drive up the score. The spread is too big for me but I think we see the Lamar Jackson we saw early on in the season.

Take the over in a high scoring affair.

Lock in over 48.5.
