Last week I went 2-3 bringing my season record to 4-6-1.

This has been a rough few weeks, but I am determined to get a winning record this week.

Here we go with our week 7 NFL best bets.

San Francisco 49ers @ Washington Redskins

Sean’s Pick: 49ers -9.5

The 49ers remain 1 of the 2 undefeated teams left in the NFL.

This defense is the real deal, and the offense has looked pretty dominant in the first few games. Mainly led by an established ground game.

The Redskins on the other hand were one of the few teams in the league without a win until last week. They beat the Miami Dolphins, the only team worse than them.

People were talking about the Dolphins going 0-16, well the dream is still alive. After a failed 2-point conversion in a win it or go home call from Brian Flores late in the 4th, the Dolphins went home without a win, yet again.

The 49ers dominated the reigning NFC champ LA Rams in every aspect last week. I doubted the niners and was proved wrong watching this game.

The 49ers are one of the top teams in the NFL, the Redskins are one of the worst.

Lay the points on the road.

Lock in 49ers -9.5.

Baltimore Ravens @ Seattle Seahawks

Sean’s Pick: Seahawks -3

Both of these teams have had successful seasons up to this point. The Ravens coming in at 4-2, and the Seahawks coming in at 5-1.

The Seahawks are coming off two close games with the LA Rams and Cleveland Browns.

The Ravens are coming off two straight wins as well.

Russell Wilson is the MVP front runner and has been playing absolutely out of his mind. The Seahawks defense has also started to play better.

The key to shutting down the Ravens is to slow down their run game. This not only means Mark Ingram but Lamar Jackson is arguably their biggest threat. He can expand the field and run faster than some running backs. I don’t expect the Seahawks defense to shut him down, but rather slow him down.

The Ravens defense hasn’t been that great this season. I know they just got Marcus Peters, but he also is having a down year.

Combine the skills of Chris Carson with Russell Wilson and I don’t see the Ravens defense stopping the Seahawks.

Lock in Seattle -3 before it moves.

Philadelphia Eagles @ Dallas Cowboys

Sean’s Pick: Eagles +3

This game is going be a grinded out NFC East match up.

The Cowboys started the season off going 3-0 with MVP talks around Dak Prescott. Did people jump the gun or what?

They beat the Giants, Redskins, and Dolphins during that 3 game win streak. All three teams in the bottom third of the league.

Since that, they have lost 3 straight.

The Eagles have had an up and down season with controversial endings, key injuries, and dropped passes.

I think when the Eagles play to their full abilities they can beat almost anyone.

Cowboys WR Amari Cooper may not play on Sunday which would be a huge loss for the Cowboys. Even with him I think the Eagles win, but without him it makes it easier.

Take the Birds.

Lock in Eagles +3.
