Update: here’s the final picks of the season for Colin’s week 17 Blazing Five Picks

Colin is now on a 4 week winning streak with his Blazing Five picks, including 3-2 record in his week 15 picks.  It was actually Colin’s 4th straight week going 3-2, so he isn’t exactly lighting up the scoreboard, but he’s definitely getting the job done.  Meanwhile, you might want to check out Cousin Sal’s week 16 lock of the week that’s been on fire.

Onto this week’s picks:

THE HERD’S BLAZIN’ FIVE PICKS NFL 2015 WEEK 16:

[loser] San Diego at Oakland (-5) – Raiders only have to give up 5 against a San Diego team that’s a total mess. San Diego has been decimated with injuries this season, while Oakland has young guys that care about finishing the season strong.  Oakland win 28-20.

[winner] St. Louis (+13.5) at Seattle – Seattle already clinched a playoff spot.  Case Keenum has won 4 out of his last 5 starts over 2 seasons, and Rams can also lean on Todd Gurley.  Rams are not a great team, but they always play divisional opponents tough.  Jeff Fisher always a tough dog coaches in the league with record of 98-72 lifetime ATS.  Seattles are on their 3rd string RB.  Rams won their last 2 games.  Seattle wins 28-23.

[winner] Cleveland (+12.5) at Kansas City – Chiefs are the better team, but take the Browns with the points.  Manziel has some real weapons on offense with Gary Barnidge and Duke Johnson, he is also completing 62% of his passes.  Manziel is playing for his job with tons of motivation.  KC wins 28-20.

[winner] Washington (+3) at Philadelphia – Redskins have some play makers.  Cousins does not make mistakes.  Jordan Red might be the most underrated tight end in the league.  DeSean Jackson has been playing well recently.  Eagles give up a ton of yards on their pass defense, allowing 30 touchdown passes.  28-24 Redskins.

[winner] Green Bay at Arizona (-4.5) – Cardinals have a lot to play for here, as they can clinch a first round bye with a win this week.  David Johnson has been on fire to complement their great passing offense.  Aaron Rodgers is not surrounded with play makers this year and might be without their starting left tackle.  Cardinals have won 28 of Carson Palmer’s last 29 starts, they are a great home team.  Arizona wins comfortably 33-23.

  1. just started watching colin in last year or so after i started taping his espn show then his recent switch to fox. wow what a great show on either network very entertaining. agree with seinfeld i want to listen, hear and see colin’s pov not others…its about stars he is the radio/tv star. love the rebel side to his takes.

  2. One word: PODCAST.
They upload 2 versions every day: one the full show (no ads) and one a summary (about 45 mins, no ads).
My favorite app is Overcast, but any Podcasting (podcatcher) add would work (Stitcher, Podcast, etc)
