Bill Simmons and Joe House’s Week 14 NFL Picks 2025

Last week, two big underdog covers (Packers + Bengals) saved the week from disaster, but the other three picks collapsed.

Onto week 14…

2025 Season: 33-37 (47.1%)

Bill Simmons Week 14 NFL Picks 2025

• Bears +6.5
• Texans +7.5 / Under 49.5 (SGP)
• Jaguars +1.5
• Eagles –2.5
• Jets +3

Bill Simmons and Joe House finally found a board they actually liked, building a five-pack centered around cold-weather edges, quarterback injuries, and a couple of lines they felt were simply mispriced. After another chaotic NFL weekend, these are the plays they settled on for Week 14.

Bears +6.5 at Packers

Chicago’s offensive line has become a real strength, and freezing conditions only help a run-first Bears team. Green Bay hasn’t covered big numbers all season, making 6.5 way too generous.

Texans +7.5 / Under 49.5 (Same-Game Parlay)

Kansas City’s depleted offensive line meets a top-tier Houston defense in 25-degree weather. Simmons and House see a low-scoring grind, making Texans +7.5 paired with the under the perfect correlated parlay.

Jaguars +1.5 vs Colts

A rainy outdoor game is a bad setup for a hobbled Daniel Jones, while Jacksonville should be able to run the ball effectively at home. The Jags crowd has been strong this season, and the matchup favors them on both sides.

Eagles –2.5 at Chargers

Philadelphia comes in off extended rest, while Justin Herbert may either sit or play through a damaged throwing hand. A road game also means no hostile Philly home crowd — just a friendly sea of transplants in L.A.

Jets +3 vs Dolphins

The Tua cold-weather fade is alive and well. Jets special teams rank No. 1 in the league, their defense is playing hard, and Miami hasn’t looked trustworthy enough to lay points outdoors in the 30s.
